We understand that there are a number of things to consider when buying a caravan.
To help you make a decision, below are some answers to the most frequently asked questions.
For 2021, the site fees have been set at £3115.00 for 7.5 months and £3550.00 for 10.5 months.
Water and electricity costs are included in the site fees.
Additional costs that you would need to budget for are:
- Gas bottles
- You are required to insure your caravan
- We also carry out a compulsory annual safety inspection on Gas fittings and Electric
- Winterisation of your holiday home
